Definitions
  In DCFS substitute care Children who were in an out-of-home placement.

  Non-violent/property crime Includes: burglary, theft, motor vehicle theft, and arson.
  Violent crime Includes: murder, criminal sexual assault, robbery, and aggravated assault.
